Abortion resistance in the US pending SCOTUS’s decision

The proposals have been shelved, they are considered controversial, but some experts believe that such more extreme laws may become a reality in the future. Pamela Merritt is active in the abortion rights movement and head of an organization that teaches abortion care to doctors.
– It is laughable to believe anything other than that the abortion opponents aim to criminalize women who have abortions. We will not have to wait very long until we will see people punished for it, she says.
Pamela Merritt is also anxiously awaiting the Supreme Court’s decision these days.
– It feels like me and my generation have let down all the feminists who fought before us, she says. We are currently facing a disaster.
