Hickenlooper meets with women’s health advocates, will help protect access

Colorado needs to brace for a surge in demand for abortion services as surrounding states shut down access.
That was the consensus earlier this week when U.S. Sen. John Hickenlooper joined reproductive health care providers, patients, and advocates to discuss the surge in demand for abortion services in Colorado following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
