Guide to Leading Your Chapter / Experienced Student Leaders

Experienced Student Leaders

Experienced Student Leaders (ESLs) are medical students who have previously served as chapter leaders. This role is designed to provide additional support for current chapter leaders, engage in regional organizing, and help promote MSFC’s programs like the conference. Ask your student organizer who the Experienced Student Leader in your state is. Experienced Student Leaders are a great source for advice, especially advice relevant to your local context.

ESLs will also plan events that are open to all members within your state or region.

Currently, the ESL program is operating only in the US.
